How VIP progress actually works
VIP levels are reached through qualifying wager, which is the total amount staked rather than the amount deposited or won. Because it counts turnover, a player who cycles the same balance many times can generate far more qualifying wager than their deposit total.
Each level has a documented wager threshold. Progress toward the next level is the share of the gap between your current threshold and the next one, which is exactly what our VIP calculator computes.
- Qualifying wager counts turnover, not deposits.
- Thresholds increase steeply between groups.
- Sports wagering counts, but the contribution can differ by market.
What each level unlocks
The documented reward types are rakeback, weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses, reload bonuses at higher levels, level up rewards and, from the Diamond group upward, a dedicated VIP host. The existence and eligibility of these rewards is public.
The exact amount attached to each reward is not published as a formula. Anyone presenting a precise bonus figure for a given level is estimating, which is why our bonus estimator returns a deliberately wide range and labels itself an estimate.
How to read a VIP offer honestly
Rewards are a partial rebate on the house edge your wagering already generated. They reduce the cost of play you had already decided to make; they do not turn a negative expectation into a positive one.
The useful question is not how much a level pays, but how much wagering the level requires and what that wagering costs in theoretical loss. Our theoretical loss calculator answers that directly.
Frequently asked questions
- Does bonus wagering count toward VIP progress?
- Whether specific bonus funds count as qualifying wager is set by the operator's terms and is not uniformly published. Check the terms attached to the bonus you hold.
- Can a VIP level be lost?
- Levels are documented as reached rather than expiring, but ongoing rewards such as reloads generally depend on continued activity. Requires verification for individual accounts.
