Terms of Service

FreeStakeAccounts is an independent community project. We give away free, verified Stake accounts to members who follow the instructions in our Telegram bot or Discord server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Stake.com, Stake.us or any of their partners.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if it is higher, to claim a free Stake account. You are responsible for checking that online casino play is legal where you live. If it is not, do not use our service.

Each member may claim one account. Creating several profiles, using multiple Telegram or Discord identities or automating claims removes your access permanently and may lead to the account being reclaimed.

Once an account is handed over, it is yours to manage. We recommend that you change the password and secure the mailbox immediately. You are fully responsible for every action taken on the account, including deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage and compliance with the casino operator's own terms.

Free Stake accounts are provided as is. Availability, verification level, balances and bonus features can change at any time, and an operator may restrict or close any account for reasons outside our control. We do not promise winnings, payouts or uninterrupted access.

Reselling accounts we hand out, scraping our channels, spamming our community or attempting fraud against the casino operator is not allowed. We may remove you from our channels at any time if you break these rules.

Gambling can be addictive. Set limits before you play and never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Free help is available at BeGambleAware, GamCare and NCPG.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, damages or lost profits linked to the use of a free Stake account claimed through our service.
