Privacy Policy

You can read every page here without creating an account. Our hosting provider stores standard technical log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp to keep the site available and secure. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

The claim flow happens on Telegram and Discord. When you open a ticket or start our bot, we can see your public Telegram or Discord username and user ID, the messages you send us and whether an account was already handed to you. We use this only to hand over one account per person and to answer support requests.

Telegram and Discord act as independent controllers for the messaging platforms and apply their own privacy terms. Once you receive a Stake account, the casino operator processes your data under its own policy. We never sell your data.

We process the data above to deliver the service you asked for, to prevent abuse and multiple claims, and to keep our infrastructure secure. Where consent is required, for example for optional analytics cookies, we ask for it first. See our Cookie Policy.

Support conversations and claim records are kept only as long as needed to prevent duplicate claims and to resolve disputes, then deleted. Technical logs rotate automatically after a short period.

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data we hold about you, and you can object to processing. Contact us through the same Telegram bot or Discord ticket you used to claim your free Stake account and we will handle the request.

This service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18 and remove such data when we become aware of it.
